We are currently solidly within the fall real estate market here in Loudoun County. This classically means one last “push” before winter market hits (mid-November), as well as a steady reduction in inventory levels until after the new year. This lends itself to a strong buyer’s market, and typically is the time of year within which buyers have the most negotiability. The spring market sometimes starts as early as end of January, and certainly by the end of February we begin feeling the affects, lasting usually until end of May/early June. This is classically the most attractive period of time for sellers.

Currently, there are 51 homes active on the market in the Lovettsville 20180 zip code, with an additional 24 with contracts pending.  For the month of September, 5 homes sold in Lovettsville, which is just under 1% of the total of 492 homes to sell County-wide.
