Happy New Year!
2016 was a great year for our Platinum Group Real Estate team. We are so pleased to announce that we blew past our goal of 200 and helped 233 families to buy, sell or rent their home! This was a monumental achievement and is a true testament to the hard work and focus of all of our team members, and of course to our clients, past and present, as the majority of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
In 2016, we:
Helped 79 sellers, 74 buyers, and 80 combined landlords/tenants.
Of the families we helped, more than half were in Loudoun County, closely followed by Fairfax County, Prince William County and some in other surrounding markets (Clarke County and Frederick County/Winchester).
We assisted with the sale, purchase or rental of 80 single family homes, 98 townhomes, and 15 "others" (condo, duplex).
Our interest in our clients is not simply transactional, it is our goal to become their real estate resource for life. Not only do we provide a high level of knowledge, experience and care to our clients throughout their selling, buying or renting process, but also in the years to follow through our Client Care Program.
