Samantha built her business on customer service, communication and professionalism through the entire real estate process. She inherited an unparallel work ethic through watching her father work for his family and has been driven to carry that on to succeed in the real estate industry.  Moving from rural Illinois to Nashville, 18 years ago, she could never have imagined the deep love for the city that she would develop and the lasting roots she would plant here. Married to a native Nashvillian and having a family of their own, she has gained unparalleled knowledge of the area and has fallen deeply in love with both the rich history and the rapid new development. Having spent her first 8 years in Nashville in the service and hospitality industry, she has had the unique experiences of meeting an unending number of locals, new transplants, and hopeful prospective Nashvillians as they make their new home here in Middle Tennessee. She looks forward to helping more people discover and fall in love with the city that has become her forever home!
