Julie Shepard is a Northern Virginia Realtor based in Alexandria, proudly serving buyers, sellers, renters, and relocating military families across Fairfax County, Alexandria, Arlington, Prince William County, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. A Fairfax County native and military spouse of 30 years, Julie brings both lifelong local knowledge and firsthand understanding of military life, including PCS moves, deployments, and major family transitions. 

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Julie has personally moved in and out of the region multiple times as both a renter and homeowner, giving her valuable insight into the Northern Virginia real estate market and relocation process. She understands how important it is to have a trusted guide during a move and works closely with clients to help them navigate each step with confidence. 

Now happily putting down roots in Northern Virginia after her husband’s military retirement, Julie and her husband have two children in college and are enjoying this new season of life. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active, hiking, and exploring Virginia Wine Country. Julie is known for her organization, responsiveness, and high-touch approach, and she is committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and at home in Northern Virginia
