About Lindsay Underwood

After living all across Northern Virginia, Lindsay decided to plant roots back in her hometown of Round Hill. While it’s grown exponentially since her early years, she loves seeing others enjoy the history, charm and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the foothills just as much as she does.

Raised by a builder and an architect, Lindsay incorporates her homegrown knowledge of construction, quality, and design with her passion for helping others. Lindsay specializes in all facets of the real estate business, whether it be navigating the way for new home buyers, helping to discover that distressed property with potential or advising in the luxury market, she has become a master of it all. Her extensive knowledge, strong negotiation tactics and commitment to honesty has kept her clients returning to her, and referring their friends & family, for years.

Lindsay is committed to staying involved in her local community where she volunteers with Rebuilding Together, an organization that restores homes for lower income families. She also spends a week per year in Mexico building homes for, and ministering to, poverty-stricken families with Baja Bound. From every transaction, a portion of her commission is donated directly to these two organizations.

Outside of making sure there’s a roof over every head, Lindsay also prioritizes community building. She founded Paddle The DMV, a standup paddleboarding community that hosts socials on the water and river clean-up events all around the DMV.

Fun Fact: Lindsay has been dubbed “a walking mold & mildew detector” as she’s severely allergic to both. She’ll know immediately upon entering the home if it’s present. How handy is that!

Whether you’re buying or selling, you can rest assured that Lindsay has you covered!
