Working with Joy Fletcher exceeded any of my expectations. Joy helped me sell my townhouse and buy the new house for our big blended family. My family and I were looking for our first home. We met Joy and and we are SO glad we did! I loved how our questions were answered quickly and it was easy to communicate with Joy. I know a lot of realtors have a very large team of people you have to go through before you can even talk to your realtor. This is not the case with Joy. Any concern I had, I talked to Joy directly. There was no middle man and nothing got lost in translation.

Joy really stood up for us and fought for us. It was always a pleasure to communicate with her. I've heard some horror stories about really bad realtors and I was a little nervous about this whole, home buying thing. I couldn't believe how easy it was to work with Joy. She made things fun, was incredibly knowledgeable, and is amazing at what she does. You need Joy as your realtor. I wish there was a way for me to give her more than 5 stars!

Joy listed and sold our current home. She also helped us with the purchase of our new home. She is meticulous, thorough, and highly knowledgeable with the current real estate industry. It was a wonderful experience working with Joy as we build our dream home. She walked us through all the steps. She followed up on outstanding items with our builder, and offered valuable insights throughout the building process. A true test of a real estate professional is knowledge and flexibility, and Joy is the master of both. Buying from out of state is difficult, so buying from overseas with an 8-hour time difference could have been frustrating and disastrous. But it was neither. Joy had my back and best interest in mind throughout, despite the trying circumstances. As I could not actually see the properties during the search, she set up appointments with my "eyes on the ground" (aka friend extraordinaire), and answered all my far-too-many questions with pleasure. She remained flexible throughout and shared opinions when requested, never pushing an agenda or making me feel pressured - even as we narrowed down on a sale. Her follow-thru was incredible, before during and after the final decision and sale. To this day, she remains helpful and responsive - long after her commission was paid. Joy is professional in every sense of the word, and I recommend her without reservation. From the moment we met Joy, we knew we’d love having her for our agent!
