About Joella Bowden

Joella Bowden, of Pearson Smith Realty, based in Prince William County, has represented clients all over Northern Virginia.  Joella has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.

She has obtained a B.A. in Communications and previously worked in Luxury Sales.  Passionate about helping families find their next home, Joella has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

Active in the community, Joella enjoys volunteering at her son’s Baseball games and at his school activities.  In her free time, she is an avid hiker enjoying the many trails in Northern Virginia.  Spending time with her family is never something Joella takes for granted. “I am truly lucky to be of service to my client’s and enjoy the unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing restaurants of Northern Virginia!”
