Charlotte Ferrigno worked with me for the purchase of both my first, and second home. She is extremely detail oriented, and attuned to the needs of her clients. Charlotte knew my limits intuitively, and was a constant advocated for my interest. Her knowledgeable to the area is impeccable, and is always available for questions or concerns. I strongly recommend her as a real estate agent for anyone in need of any real estate associated service.

Charlotte was amazing she made us feel super comfortable and we trusted her the whole process our home sold in 1 day!!! Communication is key for me and Charlotte made sure we spoke about everything at the same moment. She was super responsive and always replied and called us back right away. We sold our home and bought new home and we made the best decision thanks to Charlotte being there for us. She was on top of everything looked out for our best interest. I would recommend her to everyone needing a realtor. Not only was I able to have a professional relationship with her she will always have big part in our hearts for helping making our dreams come true.

Charlotte is the best!!! She went above and beyond to help me! She helped me find painters and people to lay carpet. She helped me move boxes and take donations in her van. Patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and is very professional. Very responsive and a delight to work with. She was there for me 100%! Anything I needed she was there with suggestions and resources. I can't say enough good things about her!

Charlotte was/is more than "just a realtor." She's savvy, market-intuitive, and a Loudoun County subject matter expert ... for starters. Her proactive, immersive, and continuous research into our community was sharp, insightful, and impressive. And her understanding of what the market/homebuyers wants/needs so that we as home sellers could rise to the occasion was exactly what made the sale of our home a very real success.

- Mayra R

We are so happy that we selected Charlotte. She was very quick with setting up appointments and throughout the process she was on top of everything. We highly appreciate her patience and professionalism.
