Carmelle Shea is a tremendous asset to the company, I can’t stress enough how wonderful she is. She is extremely professional, personable and unquestionably gifted at what she does. She gave us advice we needed to price and stage our house correctly at the time there were 5 other houses in our neighborhood for sale. We had a contract within 2 weeks, the others are still on the market! I have referred her to several friends. Extremely happy with Carmelle! You have a tremendous professional there!

Carmelle was a pleasure to work with, and now that this transaction is complete my wife and I are proud to call her a friend in addition to the agent that helped us find and purchase our home.

Carmelle told us upfront… short sales have many peaks and valleys until the actual sale is done. She was right! There were times it felt like the transaction was totally out of everyone’s hands…. We felt comfortable with Carmelle… she fought through this short sale in a professional manner.

Carmelle is a fantastic agent! The best I’ve encountered in over 5 years trying to sell several houses. I will recommend her to others without reservation.

- Jeanette S.

Carmelle was exceptional with her attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines to meet the closing requirements. This entire transaction took place over 3 weeks and Carmelle is the reason we are able to enjoy our new home. Having purchased several homes over the years and had less than helpful realtors in the past, Carmelle was a welcome change. I will absolutely recommend/utilize Carmelle for future transactions.

Hi Carmelle- ….I felt compelled to write to you because we have started looking for a rental home (in NH), and I have been blown away by the lack of professionalism and service I've encountered so far! … (agents)just aren't knowledgeable about (the property)... sometimes it takes forever to get a call/email returned and when you do, they are not nearly so friendly and helpful as we found you to be. ….I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate what you did for us, and if we can ever provide a recommendation, or do anything else for you, please let us know!

- Lauren F.

I recently purchased an unbelievable home with Carmelle as my agent. It was a complicated purchase with an incredibly aggressive closing date and she made it happen in less than thirty days (I know she worked late into the night because of the time stamp on her e-mails!) including procurement of an amazing mortgage, seamless move, cool renovations AND she did it all with a smile. I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing Carmelle Shea. Feel free to contact me if you want to know even more. You must use Carmelle to buy and/or sell a home.

Her survey results speak for themselves. There is no other rating than "Excellent" that showcases Carmelle's care, concern and well being for her clients. Buying a home is a significant transaction. Carmelle understands this and delivers in a way that gives a home buyer the confidence and peace of mind that they made the right decision to work with Carmelle.

- Todd and Merideth G.

We selected Carmelle because she sold a couple of homes for us previously and we trusted her abilities to sell our house in a timely manner. Her professionalism made the sale go smoothly and kept us updated throughout the progress of the sale. She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the sale. Moving is can be a very stressful process but I knew I was in good hands. We enjoyed working with Carmelle. I trusted her in the past and would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in the area.
