Bobbie went above and beyond during a difficult time in my life when I was finding it hard to find a rental. She went to bat for me. She called and personally talked to landlords to explain my situation. I found a place and although it wasn’t my first choice is was an affordable option for me and my daughter. The most valuable thing that Bobbie did for me was to sit down with me and help me create a budget! She met with me for more than 2 hours and reviewed every bill and debt I had and helped me make sense of it all. She helped me see and believe that it’s possible for me to have the American Dream with some preparation. I am on track to buy a house in two years all thanks to a fantastic Real Estate agent that did more than she had to. I always feel that Bobbie has my best interest at heart. There is no pushing me to do something that may not be right for me but may give her a higher commission. She always tells me - to do what is right for me, right now in my life and I appreciate that. I called the office one morning inquiring about a property that was for rent and Bobbie answered. I gave her my information so that she could give it the agent who was in charge of that property. She called me back about an hour later and asked if I was working with an agent, and I told her no. She offered to show me the property that day, and that's when my wife and I decided she was the right person for the job. Even though we were just looking for a rental, Bobbie was available any and every time we had any questions or concerns. Sometimes even during the very late hours of the night. Even though the housing market is ridiculously competitive, she made the process stress free. Within about two weeks she found us this amazing property which she showed us at 8pm; talk about someone who cares, professional and dedicated. Words can't describe how amazing of an agent and person she is and I'll always be thankful for what she has done for my family and I.
