As a longtime Venice, Florida local, I've watched this area grow and change for years, and I've built my real estate career in the same community I still call home.

I work with buyers, sellers, and people relocating from all over the country to Venice, the fast-growing Wellen Park, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

My approach is straightforward, but never one-size-fits-all. Every client comes to me with a different set of priorities, a different timeline, and a different reason for making a move. My job is to understand what matters most to you and build the plan around it, with clear communication and honest guidance from start to finish.

Outside of work, my husband and I are raising our two daughters here, along with two dogs who are convinced they run the house. Between school organizations, fundraisers, church, and local events, we stay busy and involved, because we genuinely believe in this community and everything it has to offer. We're raising our girls to lead with kindness and empathy, and I try to bring that same mindset into the way I work.

We also take full advantage of living here. Boat days, nature trails, hunting for shark teeth, and year-round outdoor sports like golf and softball fill most of our weekends, and I've fully embraced my role as the family's full-time taxi service. It's a good life, and I love helping other people build one they don't need a vacation from.
