When I began my real estate career in 2005, I began by working with only a handful of clients at a time so I could work closely throughout the transaction, never missing the details or opportunities. This is still my philosophy and the way I run my business. Life as a Realtor has given me a great opportunity to work with some amazing clients who have become friends, and friends who have become clients. This is my preferred way to work. I have built trust with my clients over the 12 years of my real estate career and am happy to say that I have helped many clients buy and sell repeatedly. Repeat clients are my favorite!
Real estate needs often follow or precede life events. Whether your family is growing, you have a job change, a family loss or a change in financial situations; I have been there to help clients through those challenges. I also have a great portfolio of contractors to help you prepare your home for sale, fix it up when it becomes yours, or upgrade it over time as your design esthetic changes.
When working with buyers, I know that many clients, especially those new to the area, will begin their search with one area and home style in mind, and often progress to very different type of home and areas. Thankfully, I work across Northern Virginia, and have a broad knowledge of the area.
My family lives in the town of Leesburg with our rescue dog Nadia. I love to fill my free time with hiking, exercise, touring wineries and enjoying restaurants with friends. I grew up in Western New York where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the State University of Geneseo.
